Preorder Items: For our preorder items, we will have an indicative estimated date of arrival. Kindly check the status here

All our products are shipped directly to us from Seoul, South Korea. We will carry out all necessary checks before mailing it out.

  1. How long does shipping take? And what methods of shipping do you offer?

Shipping takes 1-2 working days after the Preorder ETA. We offer Singpost Normal Postage and Local Courier Service (Highly Recommended!) by Roadbull as well as International Delivery via Aramex. More details can be found here

  1. Are your items valid for returns/exchanges?

All products are carefully checked before being mailed out. However, we sincerely apologise if you receive a defective item. Feel free to email us at sales@struckbeauty.com and we will arrange for a 1-1 exchange with you.

All products are not valid for returns due to change in mind for hygiene purposes.
